The Service can carry out determinations of bioavailable elements, nutrients and inorganic contaminants in samples of soils, plants and other materials. Analyses of metallic elements as well as anions in liquid samples are also possible. We try to cover all the analytical needs coming from ICA researchers, from researchers in other CSIC centers and universities and from private companies.

This Service offers, among others, the following analytical equipment: inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-OES Perkin Elmer Optima 4300 DV), atomic absorption spectrometer (Perkin Elmer Analyst 100), nitrogen digester and auto-analyzer (Kjeltec Auto 1030) and ionic chromatographer (Dionex 120).
